Outrunner 2015 -100plus

Asyik bertangguh ja nak cita pasal event ni.

Kami gerak dr umah kul 7 mlm. Dah siap2 amik air semayang. Dlm putrajaya kami leh sesat pulak nk cari presint 3.

Masing2 dh gelabah. Alhamdulilah sampai gak kat presint 3. Terus solat maghrib tepi parking kereta.

Siap2 warming up. Ada macam2 booth tp x berminat. Fokus nak lari ja..

Amik gambar bagai. Then start lari. 10km 1jam 20 min. Last 3 km, I walk n run.

Nasib la putrajaya tak berapa panas. Tu yg leh maintain lari slow n steady sampai finishing line.

Habis lari, amik apa yg patut terus balik umah.

Esok pagi sakit satu badan..huhu..

Kesimpulannya sila la training ye waimah 10km sekali pun.

Yes, you can run but your body deserve to be train...
