Perseverance..

this morning do some walking and running session..
20 minutes..
ok la kan dr takde..

masuk umah..warming down sikit..
pumping..
situp...
10je itu je yg larat..

kakiku mmg kaw2 sakit..
nak pengsan woo..
pegi keje buat mcm biasa ..

takpe nk dera buat keje byk2 pun wokeh..
chill..relax..
nie semua part of job..

hehe..sabar..
esok insya allah posa..
amin..nisfu syaaban..

baca quran n solat malam..
